The February snowstorm caused a 110 foot hemlock tree to fall on our tv room, destroying it. Within a week, we had 2 companies promising to come over to give an estimate. One did and spent a “hurried” 20 minutes with us. He had “other customers to go to that day and was under a time pressure. Then a close friend of ours called and told us about SavinoPro, owned by Anthony Savino. Anthony came over and talked to us for an hour, walking around the destruction. My wife and I knew at once- Savino was to do the job. Anthony is low-key, non-rushed, patient, and knowledgeable. Thats in the estimating process. His work is meticulous, his workers are professional, on time – all the time. His reconstruction suggestions have resulted in a new tv room with gorgeous 5 inch wooden floors, surround sound, tv mount and recessed lighting that we never even thought about. Necessary changes to his pricing were discussed with us before any work was done. Anthony did all the talking with our insurance company. As he said, he knew what they, the insurance company needed.
